EVO SASH Windows

The EVO Sash window is fitted with a high-specification hardware system engineered for long-term reliability. As standard, it uses the MACO Multi-Matic tilt and turn mechanism, providing precise sash control, consistent perimeter compression and superior resistance to wind and water penetration.

A range of performance upgrades is available. Tilt-first security hardware delivers controlled, restricted ventilation and prevents unintended opening — an essential feature for family homes and upper-floor installations. Enhanced security specifications can be selected to increase resistance to forced entry, meeting the higher safety expectations of modern British properties. Concealed hinges may also be specified, offering a clean interior appearance while retaining full adjustment capability.

All hardware options are fully compatible with the traditional sightlines of timber sash joinery and are engineered to meet the performance, weathering and security standards expected in premium UK window manufacturing.

EVO Sash windows are equipped as standard with a high-performance 44 mm triple glazing unit, delivering excellent thermal efficiency with a Ug value of 0.6 W/m²K. The unit features a warm-edge TGI spacer bar, which reduces thermal bridging around the perimeter of the glass. This significantly limits condensation at the junction between the glazing and the timber sash, while improving overall energy performance and internal comfort.

Our EVO SASH windows are crafted from FSC-certified wood, sourced exclusively from sustainably managed forests. The most popular timber species we use include pine, larch, spruce, meranti and Accoya® — each chosen for its exceptional durability, dimensional stability and natural aesthetic appeal.

Regardless of the timber used for frames and sashes, the sill section is always manufactured from hardwood, ensuring long-term resistance to wear, moisture and changing weather conditions. This construction method enhances the overall lifespan and structural performance of every window.

EVO SASH windows can be equipped with a range of glazing bar configurations, allowing us to replicate traditional British joinery and accurately reproduce historic detailing. We offer astragal bars in 24-mm or 20-mm widths, available in various profile shapes to achieve authentic period aesthetics and visually coherent divided-light patterns across the EVO SASH range.

For projects requiring deeper sightlines or load-bearing divisions, we manufacture structural glazing bars.

For heritage properties requiring traditional leaded detailing, we offer leaded glazing with hand-applied lead cames, delivering the fine-line geometry and authentic character associated with true leaded lights.

All glazing bar systems are designed to maintain optically consistent sightlines throughout the entire EVO SASH range, ensuring a unified architectural appearance while meeting the expectations of modern timber window systems used in British homes.
